From messy spreadsheets to a streamlined partner sales machine.

Hi, I’m Diana — co-founder of Leadfellow and a lifelong sales enthusiast. My journey started in B2B sales at one of Estonia’s largest media houses, where I learned that real success comes from building trust, not just closing deals.

Later, while running our agency, Marketing Sharks, I noticed a powerful pattern: trusted partners were sending us warm sales leads—but managing them manually was a nightmare. Spreadsheets, missed updates, scattered messages… It was chaos.

So we built our own tool.

What started as an internal prototype turned into something much bigger. We streamlined lead tracking, made partner communication effortless, and automated commission payouts. The result? Over 200 high-quality leads and thousands saved in admin time.
